The owners were partway through construction and decided to sell, so the property had to be marketed on its potential rather than its state. Kiln built a complete model from the construction drawings and developed the interiors from a loose concept, with styling and view selection directed by Kiln.

Outcome
The house went to market with Park Lord on the visualisations alone. What was for sale was a consent and a shell: permission for the complete demolition and rebuild of a 10,000 square foot house, the structure built to shell and core, with offers invited in excess of £14.5 million.
